Section of Lebanon Road to close in Prince George County for a culvert replacement project

RICHMOND – The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) will be closing Route 611 (Lebanon Road) between Route 600 (Ellis Road) and Route 1201 (Brandon Road) in Prince George County from Aug. 18-19 for a culvert replacement project, weather permitting.  

Through-traffic motorists should follow the posted detours:  

  • Eastbound Traffic: Take Route 658 (Lone Oak Mill Road), turn right onto Route 616 (Pole Run Road) and continue to James River Drive    
  • Westbound Traffic: Take Lebanon Road turn right onto Lone Oak Road, right onto Pole Run Road, and continue to James River Drive
